Faria Abdullah Instagram – I picked up the skill of painting at a very young age in life. I wasn’t good at portraits and anatomy or sketching but I loved colours and the idea of getting down and dirty with it. It’s one of those channels for me that helps me release. Art has so much healing power. It’s so powerful. But are we vulnerable enough to let it enter our life and use it to our advantage without judgement? Pick up a piece of anything today and drip some paint on it. Use your hands, brushes, plants, clothes, cutlery whatever you like, and just go for it. Let me know how it feels!
