I know that Summer is a thing that exists because I read about it in books and see people in movies not wearing coats. Yet it is a distant memory for me. I sometimes have dreams about turning on the air conditioner or craving an iced beverage. Perhaps I’ll feel the sensation of sweat dripping down my brow again someday. Perhaps I will not. In the meantime, please enjoy these photos of my last two months in Melbourne. On my own. No husband or kid.
