The company was divine, the food was delicious…. the book “high stakes” was detestable! 4 thumbs down! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 The good thing about reading a horrible book is that you still get to have fun with your girls after the torture of reading such trash.
I won’t be donating this one to goodwill, because I wouldn’t want to put anyone else through what we all had to go through for book club this past month. My copy went in the garbage 🗑
We couldn’t understand how Iris Johansen has multiple New York Times Bestsellers! The takeaway… never stop believing!
