Sometimes I get so busy with the go, go, go, I forget to slow down and see what reality I’m choosing to live in. I haven’t been as consistent with my meditation and journaling as of late. Maybe that’s why I got this summer cold, which turned into laryngitis. It was a reminder to slow down. Stop speaking (which was very hard for me) and listen. Look around. Take note. What are you creating or not creating? Are you having fun with everything you choose to do? #createyourreality
I know, it can be scary to make a change, but sometimes you just have to jump. Life is ever changing and that’s what makes it so exciting. Nothing is constant. So make sure you are choosing what lights you up. #changeisgood
