Kelvin Fletcher Instagram – My home is the Peak District and being so close to nature makes you realise how important it is to protect it. I’m proud to be working with my neighbours at @buxtonwater as they celebrate a massive milestone. This year BUXTON reached its goal of making all of its bottles 100% from recycled plastic (rPET) and 100% recyclable. They are the largest British natural mineral water brand with all bottles made entirely of recycled plastic (except caps and labels), helping to close the recycling loop.
This has already saved almost 12,000 tons of new plastic from being produced and used – that’s about the same weight as 80 blue whales! With no new plastic being used for its water bottles, BUXTON is supporting vital sustainability work which in turn supports our natural world.
BUXTON does so much to support our local communities in the Peak District and it’s fantastic to stand with a local team as they continue to work to protect the nature around us.
