BLACK IS THE NEW GOLD!!!! Last year the purchasing power of Black America exceeded $1.6 TRILLION! Which is enough to place us in the top wealthiest countries in the world according to GDP.
In fact, we possessed more purchasing power than the individual economies of Russia, Australia, Spain and Saudi Arabia. Yet, our net worth has fallen by 14% since 2001 while all other racial groups has seen an increase over the last two decades.
Why? We don’t invest in wealth-building assets or regularly support black owned businesses. The dollar only circulates 6 HOURS in the black community. We circulate dollars in other communities faster than our own community.
If we don’t support us, who will?
