Michael Moore Instagram – In spite of our Blue Wall midterm success, the truth is that dark clouds hang above us. The disgraced, fascistic ex-president still looms large despite his electoral losses. White supremacists are trying to blow up our electrical grid. Overseas, a group of current & ex-military personnel were caught planning a coup in Germany. And back here, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene promised the next Capitol insurrection will be armed & it will succeed.
But most frightening, 128 U.S. Senators & House members who voted on Jan 6, 2021 to overturn the election, thus overthrowing the gov’t, will be re-sworn into Congress just 3 weeks from today.
On this episode, I take a deep dive into our biggest terrorist threat — us. Specifically, the fact that 1 of our 2 major parties is led by hundreds of elected officials who still want to overthrow the gov’t by overturning the 2020 election AND suppressing the votes of Black Americans.
I call these efforts an act of treason.
Plus, the current (twice-impeached) leader of that party has now called for the “termination” of the U.S. Constitution—and demanded that he be installed as our unelected dictator. Madness!
But it’s real. And on 1/3/23, 118 House members & 10 Senators—all of whom voted on the night of 1/6/21 to overturn the election—will be sworn into our 118th Congress. This sacred headquarters of our Democracy will house 128 traitors who tried to overthrow our gov’t. What are we to do about this?
To help create & cement the historical record, I name the names of each one of these traitors.

We mustn’t forget their names til every one of them is thrown out of office & held accountable for their actions. And each one of us must remain active, vigilant & ready to use every legal & nonviolent means to preserve our fragile Democracy.
A good start? The DOJ should arrest the chief ringleader—or at the very least enforce the 14th Amendment which states that any citizen who has “engaged in insurrection” shall be permanently barred from ever holding any elective office again.
Like it or not, it’s 1933 my friends. And this is the fork in the road.
