Home Actor Paul Felder HD Photos and Wallpapers January 2023 Paul Felder Instagram - Just a quick post about my last 70.3 race in Atlantic City. I did not hit my goal of sub 4:30 BUT! I learned a ton, raced my ass off and broke my PR by like 8mins. Swim felt longer then 1.2. I swam 35 but it felt like I was swimming a 30 min pace, everyone’s times were super slow for this race. Top 3 didn’t even break 30min. So happy with how I felt in the water. I pushed transitions hard. And they are long at this race. 2:15 on the bike. Held 270watts for this race. And I’m mostly happy with that. As for the run… I melted honestly. I lost a gel on the bike, and stopped eating them on the run after mile 5 or so. MISTAKE. Held around 6:40pace up till about that point then slowly and surely dipped off pace and just survived. Took 6th in ag and 27 overall. Next year I will be racing 4:30 or lower. I will also be hunting that podium. Thank you to @christine.cwpc who lets me live out this dream. I couldn’t do it without you. And to my father who I know was watching over. Sorry for the novel
