Pierson Fodé Instagram – Rest in strength brother @ericthetrainer – We all deal with death differently but I love celebrating someone’s life and honor their dreams in mine. I got in the best shape of my life lifting with you and I’ll do it again in your honor. Training is one my my non negotiable’s in life. For my physical and mental health. And getting to do it with you was infinitely more inspiring. Not an ounce of our time will be lost but celebrated every time push myself harder at the gym. Life is more fragile than we think and our egos often keep us from loving the simple moments or memories of happiness and joy with someone. Death is the best and most difficult reminder. “So take too many pictures, laugh too much and love like you’ve never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is one minute of happiness you’ll never get back.” Tell someone you love them or you’re thinking of them today cause you never know when it might be your last time.
