Taking a selfie with a book is objectively hard.
Or, I have very weak fingers.
It could be both.
Ok, it’s both.
I wanted/needed/hoped that you knew this beautiful baby of mine is available. Officially. It is officially available.

If you need a why to dive into FLOW, I’ll tell you mine. I have felt a shift in the last few weeks. A lightening of some kind. Maybe it’s the dawning of spring? Maybe, it’s the fact that most of us are in more agreement than disagreement for the first time in a long time.
Maybe it’s time for the collective to take a deep breath.
Whatever it is, it needs us. When there is a moment like this, we have a choice. We can turn backwards toward fear or we can look forward to love.
In the not so far away future, we are likely to face more division. I will always be optimistic but I would be naive to believe we are “back to normal”. (Normal is an illusion anyway)
Instead, I believe we have a reprieve. A moment to collect ourselves and evaluate our values, our intentions and our hopes. In that moment, like any moment of reprieve, we must use it to strengthen our muscles of love.
No, not our love muscle (but go ahead y’all, please do that too)
If you can find a few hours, I believe this book will help you to realign with yourself. This book will get your back straight so when the wind blows, you can withstand the fervor.
Finding Love, especially when fear has been on the menu, is crucial.
I know I need it. I need love to be my guide because we have been through it. And we will go through it again. Hell, we are still in it, but can you feel the oxygen peeking through? I can.
We can and will FLOW. I know it. I want to get there faster because that’s me. But just know, I’m in this for the duration. We will keep choosing and choosing and choosing again, to Find Love Over Worry.
