In collaboration with @diasporaaffairs.ghana and @diasporaafricanforumofficial @labadibeachhotel we begin the new… JAN 1, 2023 5am… the New Year New You sunrise ceremony… We got permission from the pastor and traditionally poured libations seeking permission to release 2022 then burned the thoughts attitudes and energy that held us back in the year We thanked the ancestors for the guiding light they have been -remembering them- saluting them by releasing a lantern across the water that took so many of their lives but carried us back?? Oooooweee🙏🏾 We marked balloons with a word that blocked our blessings in 2022-and released it and the negative energy -watching it all disappear into the clouds. We were ready… waiting… watching for the ancestors to say YESSSS to our new with a sunrise…. And now… with a beautiful YESSSS…we celebrate…we walk boldly into our greater selves!!!!!
