For me they are :
1) A good stretch because it feels so good, it maintains flexibility and wakes up the body beautifully.
2) Pranayam because it decreases stress, increases lung capacity, and mindfulness to name the least.
3) Taking some good sunlight gives you your dose of vit D, which helps your bones, and aids good sleep.
4) Walking bare feet on the grass helps with acupressure and grounding your energies. Walking bare feet on the grass is really good for your eyesight, relieving stress, and removing negativity.
