Tiger Zinda Hai turns five!
This was one of the major turning points and experiences in my career as an Actor.

Poorna has been very close to my heart and sometimes I feel that i still have a bit of her in me.
And of course got to work with bhai!! @beingsalmankhan !! And some wonderful actors and crew! A heartfelt thanks to everyone who made it what it became!
Of the many firsts.. this was the first time I shot outside of the country for two months and lived with a character and a team that almost felt like home..
made some of the most special friends thru this project and am sure, Tiger Zinda Hai remains one of the most special experiences for all of us attached with it.

Shifali, a woman that I would aspire to be.. kind, strong, vivacious, an artist, a sinful cook (her desserts are to die for, in fact all kinds of cuisines) has a strong business acumen, is a loving wife and mother and a wonderful host. What a complete woman. And am so glad that I tried to sketch her beautiful face on the 1st day of the year. Of course, here too she guided and encouraged me.

2022 is a year that I will remember forever..
It’s been one of the most difficult years for me and my family.. actually since covid times have been tough, as for many of us..
But then as they say, in tough times we rediscover and reinvent ourselves.. that’s what I went on to do..
Last year I started learning horse riding n pottery and this year I learnt some action and started to seek myself thru spirituality, actually my whole family did.. this was also the year we went for family trips after eons.. we started bonding and healing together and are still on the path..
Sugar.. soon it will be an year since we lost you and not a day goes by without missing you.. your leaving changed things so much…but I know you are watching over us and are happy that we are trying.. laughing and growling with us and soon you would come back in some way!
Since last few years I realised the importance of keeping in touch with friends and to share regularly and I would like to believe that I am improving consistently:)
I made some wonderful new friends this year as well who just filled my heart and am lucky to have my old ones who constantly encouraged me.
My bond with my sisters, real and cousins became even stronger thru 2022 and we girls rock together!!!
So while 2022 was a tough one, it gave me so much as well and I know I initiated a journey to look within and get closer to the real me, just a wiser me! 😄
