Erin Cummings Instagram – Road trip!
This little photo op (as well as a DAMN GOOD coffee cake muffin) is at @skinnersrockhouse coffee shop in Jordan Valley, Oregon. There’s not much else between LA and Boise, but they do a great job of making the coffee stop fun and interesting for road weary travelers.
