We gathered to celebrate @joeholtactor, who captured our hearts as Sam in this beautiful drama AND can currently be seen on your screens with Scottie in @belairpeacock.
@nijaokoro was absolutely mesmerizing in the lead role of Angel. She lifted our spirits, broke our hearts and made us laugh out loud with the most subtle of glances and gestures in a bigger than life character. Flawless.
The story will draw you in, to the point of audible gasping by the audience (you’ll know it when it happens!), composed by #PearlCleage. Above all this bounty of talent is @phyliciarashad’s masterful direction on the Taper’s unique platform.
