Home Actress JoJo HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers January 2023 JoJo Instagram - So I’m doing 75 Hard. It’s day 7 for me. The protocol is: 2 workouts per day (45 minutes each & 1 has to be outside) 1 gallon of water Follow a diet of your choosing 10 pages of reading per day (non-fiction only and audiobooks don’t count) No alcohol or cheat meals Daily progress pics No compromises, modifications, or excuses. To some of you this might sound easy. To others it might sound really hard. Either way you’re right. Even though people tend to have amazing psychical transformations after following this- this is first and foremost a mental toughness challenge. Which is really something I was looking for in the new year. More of a commitment than a resolution. I’m definitely worried that I’ll cop out and not make it. That I’ll prioritize my comfort over this commitment and it’ll be yet another thing I’ve tried and not finished. But it’s THAT EXACT FEELING that compelled me to say YES when I heard about 75 Hard. I’m enjoying shifting my priorities around right now and I’m grateful I have the flexibility to do so. It’s been raining damn near nonstop for the past week so that means I’ve been getting my 45 minute outdoor exercise in (just an easy to brisk walk) and coming back inside soaking wet. It is what it is. 😂 🤷‍♀️ Has anyone on here tried #75Hard ? What was your experience like? What was the hardest part? Drinking a gallon of water a day has been the best part and 2 separate workouts have been hard to schedule.

JoJo Instagram – 2022! You were a wild boar of a b!tch! ha! So many phenomenal highs and a couple significant lows. ‘22 came thru- and shook things up in ways I wasn’t quite expecting. LIFE tho! In all of it’s chaotic perfection. You showed me how to not resist the way things ARE and to not put my sense of security in any outside person or institution or timeline.
There’s nothing like that (however brief) wave of calm that comes in the quiet moments after the fear and uncertainty and heightened emotions. After old habits and defense mechanisms and triggers come back to remind you “im still here, hoe! Work with me not against me!”
2023 will be where I continue on my path as a student and start sharing more of my experiences as a teacher. The more rotations around the sun the more it becomes clear that our sense of comfort and wholeness can’t be found anywhere other than within and above. Let’s keep going. Ily.
