Marcy Harriell Instagram – how to fold a paper ornament (from my last post!) 👉🏽
⭐️ cut a 3 by 2 inch rectangle—I use magazine paper (recycle win, and each one comes out as a beautiful surprise!)
⭐️ fold in half lengthwise, then open fold
⭐️ fold 4 corners in to meet crease
⭐️ fold long edges in to meet crease
⭐️ fold in half again along crease, this time in the opposite direction (with “flat” side on the inside of fold)
⭐️ make four more 😖
⭐️ gather together, fold in half to find center point, and staple in center
⭐️ glue each piece
⭐️ clip to dry (believe me, your fingers will thank you for it)
⭐️ open, and glue last petal together
⭐️ hang and make a gazillion more
