after an unimaginable heartbreak of loosing a child & having to #TFMR.
After deep grief.
After sadness.
After showing up to set/work everyday waiting for the day to end so you can just cry & release a bit more.
With therapy, my daughter Noir, my husband @mustafaspeaks , my family and tribe I have triumphed. I have felt joy , I have believed in things going well again. My heart is so FULL , and I’ve expanded in ways that will hopefully aid in me guiding these little humans I am bringin forth.
If you know someone enduring a difficult season I urge you to find the right tools and resources to be an active listener, to seek healing yourself so you can provide a HEALTHY space.
To not make conversations about yourself or interject with projections & toxic positivity. Let’s collectively learn how to show up and have grief etiquette 🤍🫶🏾
