Ruth Righi Instagram – Hi friends. In the spirit of the holidays, I want to say how thankful I am for all of you.❤️ I also want to tell you about a project I’ve been working on for the past couple of years with my godfather Micheal Mpyangu, as well as the whole team behind Africa School for the Arts. We have been working to make the dream of building a school in Uganda a reality and I am incredibly proud to say we are now breaking ground. The country of Uganda is working hard to improve its education system but if we leave it to the government alone, many more generations will go without post-primary education. Currently, only one-in-five teenagers has access to high school education due to inadequate facilities and educators. Our hope is for classes to begin in 2024.  This Project is a collaborative between Ugandans and Americans. The American side is Green Living Builders and Architecture & Community Design at the University of San Francisco. The link in my bio will lead you to the gofundme to donate if you are able.
