Shritama Mukherjee Instagram – Kickstarting my week with some running and my favourite post-workout drink. As much as I love exercising in the morning, I also am very mindful of my pre and post-workout routine because ‘it matters’.
Below is my favourite post-workout health drink recipe for you. This drink not only fills you up with energy, it also has Sustainable Marine Collagen Peptides sourced from the Northern Atlantic Ocean that boosts health and hydrates your skin and body from the inside out.
Ingredients
TGM Beauty Glow Inside Out powder – 1 sachet
Bananas – 2
Peanuts – 6-8
Almond Milk – 1 cup
Blend the bananas, peanuts and almond milk. Empty one sachet of @tgmbeauty_ Glow Inside Out powder in a tall glass, add the blended ingredients to the powder and mix.
P.S: You can alternatively add the glow inside out powder straight to the blender alongwith the other ingredients to make it easier and quicker.
