Thank you @yo1catskillsny @_subhashchandra for allowing me to have an experience like never before at your Luxury Resort. While being busy with shoots and schedules, it is difficult to squeeze in time just for my inner peace. The intensive therapies I received during my stay here truly allowed me to be with my self and feel a sense of calm, bliss, and gratitude.
I can feel my mind, body, and soul transformed and in sync with one another after the Ayurvedic therapies I received at YO1. My experience here definitely made me realize the significance of a hollistic approach towards taking care of my inner wellbeing 🧘🏼♂️
