This past International Yoga Day, I was grateful to have spent the entire day practicing yoga and meditation, which was a profound and soulful experience, to say the least 🧘🏼♂️
A big shout out to @_subhashchandra & @yo1catskillsny for making me experience the power of yoga during my stay at their Wellness Resort. An extraordinary practice for both the mind and body, yoga offers peace and allows one to go inwards and look within. I have personally witnessed my creativity enhancing as a result.
