Give these a try next time you train! Just to reiterate I do 2 reps with a 2 second hold, then 4 reps and a 4 second hold; all the way up to 12 reps. Increasing by 2 each time. I’ll do 4 sets of this going up to 12, 10, 8, 8. Keep your rest periods at 45 seconds in between sets!
Experiment doing ISO Holds with different exercises like incline dumbbell bench press, cable rows, etc and take your training to the next level.
