Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Instagram – #Sponsored I’ve always had a “walk it off” mentality but getting diagnosed with atrial fibrillation (AFib), the most common type of irregular heartbeat, after being rushed to the hospital was a wakeup call. Like many others who experience AFib symptoms, including irregular heartbeat, heart racing, chest pain, shortness of breath, fatigue and light-headedness, I ignored them. I want others to learn from my diagnosis journey.
