Ashna Zaveri Instagram – An active individual needs 1.2 gms -2 gms per kilogram of body weight of protein in their diet.
Most of us fail to meet this daily requirement either because we aren’t aware or we just don’t give it enough attention.
Non vegetarians definitely have a better variety and range of lean high protein sources like beef ,chicken , eggs etc.
However being a vegetarian maintaining a high protein diet requires some good planning and addition of protien shakes if you must. I use these as they are complete protein sources which means they contain all the 9 essential amino acids required by the body for building muscle , immune function, muscle repair etc, will be sharing some more in the next video. 🌱💪
