The easiest corebuilding excercise of the animal flow workout is the Bear Crawl. This is often used as a warm up. So do try these 20 steps in good form.
Back in nuetral position, core held tight, without major hip rotation… keep your knees off the ground at all times, parallel to the floor, and move opp hand and leg forward.
Want to increase intensity … do it in reverse.This exercise also helps with balance and co-ordination.
