Also keeping this post super real & authentic my milk supply is slow & I find days super challenging physically & mentally, especially seeing other mums filling freezers I go from bottle to bottle & I feel a bit of failure in moments, we celebrate every ounce I pump in our house @scandalous_13 makes a conscious effort to support me, so I now have the freedom of not looking constantly as I pump! This has really helped me relax & let my body flow – my midwife told me about women covering pump bottles with socks to remove the pressure … I guess no one warns u about the challenges but I’m speaking out for all those women like me just rolling gently figuring it every 3 hours …
So cheers to all those pumping mums – sending love & support to anyone reading this thats in the same boat! 💛
