December came and for the first time I wasn't looking forward to spend my birthday at all. But to my surprise, my family and friends took so much time and effort to bring out that smile in me and ensured I had the best birthday than ever before. But what really stole my heart was a girl ( kavi ) from this IG FAM who came over from a different place to surprise me along with @surprise_machi ❤️ She was there on the day to wish me and give me a hug that spoke a million emotions. Yes, she was the third world (My #SisterFam from here, the community we've all built together) I was taken aback & surprised when her emotions spoke only in tears!!! I mean who does soo much for an Instagram Influencer? 🥺😍 Sometimes you find love from such unknown people in a way that it is so powerful enough to keep you motivated and strong to sail through anything that comes you way! I'm a huge sucker for love like this & still remember during an award show, a random girl ( Sri ) came over to hug me and shed tears mentioning she was happy to see me. I really have no words to convey my joy to people like these girls who are so full of love and happiness that they are willing to spread to the world around!! I don't think I had a better birthday surprise than this, ever. All of the ones before were from people who were a part of my everyday and whom I knew would do anything under the sky to keep me happy. But this was special & will forever be special 😍 There was cafe exclusively designed for me with all elements from my life. Deepika Venkatachalam Instagram – Blessed in abundance..♥️ 🧿 (1/2) What can a just a year do to you? I think I’ve pondered over this thought last whole year!! Trust me, when I say I was blessed (I am) in abundance like never before. I realised it and cherished it every ounce and every inch when I turned 26! I had some of my life’s best moments this year and one such has been by my ever favourite @surprise_machi to whom I was once a client but now their sister and their family! 😍 I’ve always adored at the kind of effort they take for every client of theirs and when it comes to me, it’s extremely special and I fall for it every single time because they put their soul and heart to see me smile!! When I got to see these pictures after a few days of the surprise I came to terms how contented I felt being real and raw in front of a camera. These pictures are not edited/not re-touched. They carry multiple emotions from me. A few are funny, a few are silly, a few which I adore and a few which are crazy!! But that’s the real me. The real side of D who gets extremely excited like a baby when she’s made to feel special (Just like any other girl) @whatthefahad anna behind the lens did capture such raw and real moments so gracefully. These pictures speak soo much that ran in my heart that day! Fahad anna, is someone whom I’ve just met once during an event but has a special place in my heart for his passion and love towards his work and for the human he is! . . So When the best of the two worlds come together to plan a surprise for me, I cannot lie by saying I wasn’t crying! I was overwhelmed with joy, happiness and heartful tears! 🥺 Oh wait did I say best of two worlds?
