Gwyneth Paltrow Instagram – Sometimes it’s a challenge to make grain-free, dairy-free, legume-free paleo dinners. I get stuck! But Brad and I have felt so well eating this low inflammation way (with the occasional heavenly cheat meal, of course) that I keep challenging myself to find new ways to tailor food to this way of eating. Some tips:
Asian is the easiest to adapt because the bold flavors come with herbs, garlic, ginger, etc and you can sub out coconut aminos for soy. Mexican is good as well thanks to @sietefoods grain-free tortillas.
Last night I made chili noodles with the garlic chili crisp from @goopkitchen and @taste_republic cauliflower linguini
@nomnompaleoletsgo has a great scallion ginger sauce I put at the end on my broiled fluke
My carrot ginger salad dressing at @goop rounded out a simple salad with a bunch of stuff in the fridge and crab with avocado sashimi and a homemade ponzu. | Posted on 11/Feb/2023 23:22:42
