Myha’la Herrold Instagram – @aintnomobway is the best theater I’ve seen in a long time. This play is for everybody! Not just Black folks, not just queer folks. Everyone. They’ve been served an eviction notice after opening just two weeks ago. They deserve better, the people who haven’t had the chance to witness this greatness deserve better. IF YOU CAN, GO! IF YOU CAN, GET TICKETS FOR FRIENDS WHO CANNOT. It is BEYOND worth it. @jordanecooper said it best “thank god Black people are immune to eviction notices.” Besides it being very fun and very queer and very VERY Black, this play to me is a perfect play. The writing is exception, all the design elements and sound design are beautiful, and the actors leave everything behind on that stage. Please see this, bc it’s good. #saveAINTNOMO
