Norvina Instagram – In shock, sad and troubled to learn of @maya_mia_y passing. Maya is one of the first influencers I followed and worked with. If you were on Instagram in the 2013-2014 era her gorgeous green eyes were iconic, and known by everyone. She made me fall in love with aqua and turquoise. Maya was dynamic, full of energy, and enthusiasm. She was so brave, with a larger than life personality that lit up a room. She would make me laugh with her hysterical voice notes, she missed her calling as a comedian. Humor was her medicine. Im so happy to have known her and worked closely with her when we collaborated. We connected over our family backgrounds, and I’m sad that we had not seen each other in person recently, as we live so far apart. You don’t expect to miss an opportunity to see someone again, especially when they’re young with a full life ahead of them. My condolences to her family and friends. You will be missed @maya_mia_y
