Rachel Wan Instagram – I finally experienced my very first Sinulog last weekend!! I grew up visiting Cebu every year, but we usually could only do so during school holidays which never coincided with Sinulog (Every January). I’m half-Cebuana but now I actually FEEL Cebuana. ❤️ It was so surreal to experience all the brilliance and energy from Cebuanos. The vibes were immaculate!!!
