Rasika Dugal Instagram – It takes a pair of comfy pyjamas, a tiara, a great playlist, cake and Prosecco and friends who love you (and love homecooked food 😄) to convert a day that started like any other into a magical one! Thank you for all the love guys! Long caption alert… Some crazy and fun things happened 😄… @ziggykimaa got me balloons and glitters which resulted in an improvised photo booth. @mukulchadda got me a cake which I cribbed about and devoured in the same breath. @anushayadava got me a tiara which made me feel like a princess in my pyjamas. @roo_cha made me the sweetest birthday video, got me flowers which will give me company for a few days and generously shared her playlist. @slashakhaitan knew exactly what I would have ordered when in a bakery. Quiet time on a bench in @chemouldprescottroad… Couldn’t take my eyes off @dodiya_atul’s take on a frame from one of my favourite films #KaagazKePhool. (In almost the same way as when I couldn’t take my eyes off the screen when I first watched the film as a student at #FTII). A chance meeting with the prolific @mahimkajerry after I had been an ‘enthucutlet’ in his class @scmsophia many years ago. Uffff! So many memories happened 😄 The most awesome avocado salad at @magstreetcafe (I got a doggy bag of the divine Cherry and Mascarpone Cruffin. Bestest way to brace evening traffic on the way back from town). The best afternoon walking through lanes I hadn’t been to in years and dropping into these lovely spaces @jhavericontemporary @experimenterkol not knowing what to expect. Thank you @rehana__munir for the curation and the company! And, as you can see, my friends know the drill… they only took photos of me 🤣
