Taking it slow.
How many of us are overwhelmed by daily tasks? Constantly chasing deadlines? Feeling like we’re not being productive enough? Beating ourselves up for not managing time well. Not being able to “seize the day”
I know I’ve struggled with it and some times I still do. But I’ve consciously learnt to be kinder to myself. I’ve made my peace with not being able to give a 100% all the time.
On some days it’s ok to just own your vulnerability and go easy on yourself.
Take a day off, reset, realign and rejuvenate.
Be gentle with yourself.
This verse really resonated with me, so I’m sharing it here for any one who is struggling.

The holy trinity of friendship
My P & Z with me in Bombay after 12 years and it feels like a minute ago that we were here, being young and reckless.
Even though we’ve missed out on so much in each other’s lives, with that kind of history the catch up takes a second and you’re up to speed.
How I’ve missed just occupying the same space as you two but I always know that the place we hold in each other’s lives is permanent and non-transferable. I’m going to hold on to this feeling and make it last till life brings us back together again, soon.
