Home Actress Zoe Sugg HD Instagram Photos and Wallpapers February 2023 Zoe Sugg Instagram - Today is @mindcharity “Time To Talk” day. A reminder that talking to someone about what’s on your mind, really does make a difference. If you feel like your mental health has taken a dive, or you’re just having a hard day, reaching out and talking to someone is really important & being a listening ear for anyone who might need it is equally as important. Whether it’s a friend, a colleague, a family member, a doctor or a total stranger; Out for a coffee, in a long rambly voice note, a wordy text or a stroll along the beach…Get talking, and get listening! ♥️ I always feel SO much better once I’ve talked my anxieties out in the open, they instantly shrink. I thought it would be nice to have the comments of this reel as an open space for us to all chat & listen to one another. So I’m simply asking the question: How ARE you, really? ✨ #timetotalk

Zoe Sugg Instagram – Happy Saturday!

Since having Ottie I have realised I rarely take photos of myself anymore.
1. Because Ottie is far more interesting, 9 out of 10 photos or videos are of her.
2. Because I spend a lot more time in loungewear & no makeup.
So any time I have actually got ready or left the house I’m trying to make a bit more of a conscious effort to snap my outfits, something I always appreciate other content creators doing and sharing, especially as I still feel a little unsure of what to wear post Ottie. I really thought the post Partum identity crisis would have settled down a bit by now and although it’s certainly a little easier, I still look at my wardrobe and scratch my head most mornings. Maybe it’s not a post Partum thing, maybe it’s just a mum thing, a time thing, the fact I look more tired and I still don’t really see the fresh faced pre baby version of myself when I look in the mirror?
Whatever it is, I love seeing a bit of inspo here on the grid, so hopefully you do too! And if you also feel like this, 3 months or even 3 years after having a baby, I hope you feel a little better knowing it’s not just you! 😅♥️
