Manisha Eerabathini Instagram – In the past couple of years, many of you girls out there have asked me over and over again to share what I do for my curls. Maybe I delayed it because I don’t really have it “mastered”🤷🏻‍♀️ But if I were to share 2 main things: 1) don’t use a hairbrush if you have curly hair 2) try to avoid heat as much as possible. Here is my no heat curly hair routine!

1. Oil overnight – I am using the @kamaayurveda bringadi intensive hair treatment

2. @pacificabeauty salty waves texturizing shampoo & conditioner – I have found that salt is great for my curls. My hair somehow looks the best post an ocean swim 🤔

3. @cantu coconut curling cream – I left the tub in America so I brought some product in a ziploc bag…this is real life, people. This gives me some non-crunchy curl definition and smells amazinggg!

*rare exceptions* 4. You could flip your hair upside down and use a hair dryer for some volume but I usually just let it air dry. If I have an event, I might take a curling iron and just fix the frizzy curls that are showing on top.
