Before each flight we check fuel levels, electrical systems, flight controls… basically everything that tells me that the plane is in optimal operating condition. What if we did this every day with ourselves? Is my water intake at the right level? Have I moved my body enough to boost smooth performance? Am I eating the right foods to fuel my energy?
Checklists aren’t just for pilots. They’re for anyone who wants to ensure safety & a job well done. Whether I’m preparing for my next film or flying at 25,000ft, it always helps me complete the mission.
