Gary Sinise Instagram – Each Veterans Day I like to take time to reflect on the men and women who have sacrificed in freedoms defense. I think of my own family members who have worn the cloth of this nation, the incredible heroes I’ve met over the many years while on this mission, and I think of the veterans in your life, too. I am so thankful for those who have selflessly served this great country.
 
Freedom and security are precious gifts that must be fought for and protected. With only a small percentage of our population serving in uniform, it is important that we do not forget our defenders here at home and those serving abroad, often in dark and dangerous places. It is because of them that we as a nation, live in the land of the free.    To all our nation’s veterans and the families who served alongside them, God bless you all and thank you for your selfless service.
