Gary Sinise Instagram – Stopped by LA Station 144 today to say hello and and thank these awesome firefighters. They were getting ready for their inspection. I am sure they passed with flying colors. Thanks for the cup of coffee guys.
Gary Sinise Instagram – On February 10, our friend, WWII veteran Teddy Kirkpatrick passed away at the age of 99. Teddy and I became pals when we first met years ago at the National Memorial Day parade in DC (pictured here). We were talking and I noticed he was wearing a jacket that said 8th Air Force 379th Bomb Group. My Uncle Jack served in the same B 17 bomb group and turns out they knew each other and had flown together. Teddy was the last surviving member of the 379th. A remarkable man who lived a very full life.

An honor to know you Teddy. Thank you for serving our country saving the world from tyranny all those years ago. You will be missed. God bless you my friend. Rest in Peace. #salute
