Ken Duken Instagram – Yesterday was a very special day for me… after eight years of training #brazilianjiujitsu Nico and I were promoted to #brownbelt and my brother friend and coach @daniel_bohn__corpus_dicio received his #blackbelt … it’s hard to describe in words what that means to me, especially to see Daniel wearing that black piece of fabric around his waist…
I am exited for this new challenge and I am more than aware, that this journey is never ending and I still have so much to learn… thank you for the ride… to hopefully many years to come…
