My training started at 4:30 in the morning, and when my opponents were waking up to do their first training session, I was coming out of a nap to do my third workout. Eu não poderia estar mais feliz. Faz 5 meses que abri minha escola de Jiu Jitsu em Orlando @jacaremartialarts e ontem foi a primeira competição da maioria dos meus alunos e eles fizeram um excelente trabalho.E acima de tudo estão aprendendo a ser bons não somente dentro do tatame mas pessoas boas fora dele também. Foram 19 atletas 11 ouros 3 pratas e 4 bronze Obrigado @jjworldleague 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 I couldn’t be happier, it’s been 5 months since I opened my Jiu Jitsu school in Orlando @jacaremartialarts and yesterday was the first competition for most of my students, and they did an excellent job. And above all, they are learning to be good people on and off the mat. I’m very proud of you all🐊 There were 19 athletes 11 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze. @joaovasconcelos_bjj @guilhermepoetabjj
