I spent last evening walking alone in Pune University and silently weeping while roaming around my drama department.
When did I start all of this?
A 16 year old girl fought everything and everyone to be in that Drama department.
She was naive and full of hope that if she takes care of the art in her, the art eventually will take care of herself.
At night I went on to the historical Bharat Natya Mandir where I always dreamt to perform.
A play about hope, morality, society, death and much much more.
I performed this experiment amidst my beautiful friends whose love and support keeps me going.
Why did I start this?
Cause I can not do anything else.
I’m my most beautiful self when I share everything that I have experienced with my audience, with my most intimate partner – camera.
Why do we artist do this?
Put ourselves in challenging situations?
cause we can’t do anything else better.🐰
