Also, everything in that room I basically did myself: -laid the flooring -cut and installed baseboards -updated electrical outlets and face plates -painted (of course) . Ps- since this vid, I completely updated this property (again). I now have porcelain flooring throughout, all new windows, fixtures and hardware, and a lighter color on the walls.
