Bhanushree Mehra Instagram – Today, we made the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our furry family member Kaalu. It’s been one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to do. She had been fighting cancer & it was taking a toll on her health & happiness. While we knew it was the right decision to let her go, it’s left a huge void in our home & our hearts. I’m feeling a range of emotions right now – sadness, grief, and guilt. Guilt that maybe we could have done more, or maybe we didn’t do enough. But deep down, I know that letting her go was the most selfless & loving thing we could do. I’m grateful for the time we had together, and I’m comforted by the fact that she’s no longer in pain. We all miss you & love you so much ! Rest in peace our sweet girl, your memory & spirit will live on in our hearts forever 💕
