Remembering to breathe… 🧘🏽♀️ I’ve been in so much anxiety mind lately. Incredible amount of change on my plate… good, bad, and just plain NEW in the immediate future. The past few days have been filled with as many moments of gratitude as epic panic attacks. This afternoon I finally remembered to breathe. Meditate. Be in the moment. Know that it’s all gonna be okay… And remember that it’s not that fucking serious! 🤪
