Elizabeth Smart Instagram – Thank you @gayleking for having me on CBS this morning! We both reminisced over the last twenty years. I told Gayle this earlier and I’ll say it again now I never could have imagined my life now 20 years ago! So much has happened. And I also feel it’s fitting that not only am I celebrating a major miracle that happened in my life but the release of a project I’ve been working on now for quite some time. Some of you will remember when I asked for your time to complete a survey on consent awhile back. With those results I’ve created a course on “wholehearted consent.” I’m so proud of the final product, this is not sex ed. this is a tool to be used to work out what your boundaries are, how to practice whole hearted consent, and recognizing when someone disrespects or dismisses your boundaries.
