Emelie Forsberg Instagram – This winter I think I have been investing more in my wellbeing than for a few years now. Simple things like trying to sleep better, reduce obligations, getting blood values in order and trying to be more present in my body. I have been longing to go to a warmer place to get the legs into summer mood and run in sun and warm temperatures, but to following the seasons in one place is very peaceful.
