When I think about our friendship, I see her speaking at my wedding, I hear her laugh, I feel her cry, us in the airport, sleeping in a yurt, her coming to set (that one photo is Mixology 2013), family or fiancé screenings, but mainly Im on my phone – with her on the other end. She lives her life by showing up. And surrendering. And I’m so lucky to have shared so much of it with her.
Her tv show @unprisonedhulu starring @kerrywashington and #delroylindo premieres march 10th. It’s based on her extraordinary life.
