Mimi Kennedy Instagram – Wow. This review lets me know we are giving this beautiful play with all the heart and clarity we have sought to build into it over the period of rehearsals and performances. This is what I thought acting was about when I dreamed of it as a child. All my roles, stage or screen, have given me something I needed in the lessons of a lifetime. But this role, at this age ( I’ve outlived my own dear mothers lifetime by three years now) echoes deep, and this reviewer articulates why. I’m so glad it is being conveyed across the footlights ( To my fright, this production actually employs some footlights!!) Happy St. Patrick’s Day, everyone. May all our old hungers be fed, and may generosity create enough shared nourishment for all, even in a struggling world. ☘️☘️☘️
