Since I am now part of the culinary development committee @diabetesindia.official for #diabetesawareness I thought this would be a great start. P.S. I have used jaggery in my recipe which can easily be substituted by stevia to balance the flavors. I have also added Brussels sprouts to my recipe to make up for the vegetables I couldn’t find for the traditional recipe. {Improvising comes natural to a chef} So Enjoy.
